1. Furnace

The furnace body is composed of a skeleton and a furnace lining. The frame is mainly welded* made of section steel and steel plate, and the thickness of the steel plate is 5mm. Furnace lining part adopts full fiber structure, adopts high-purity blanket pre-compression folding module and flat blanket combined structure, total thickness 350mm, compressed capacity 220kg/m3. The fiber module is installed on the steel plate of the furnace body with a heat-resistant steel bolt assembly hanging and anchoring method.

2. Furnace cart

The furnace car is a platform for loading workpieces. It is mainly composed of a trolley surface made of refractory materials, two frame-shaped longitudinal beams and several beams welded into a frame, two sets of electric wheels and sealing devices on both sides to ensure compression resistance Strength requirements and good heat insulation effect. Each group of electric wheels is driven by an independent spiral bevel gear reducer.

Electric and mechanical limits are provided for the furnace car to enter and exit the furnace to ensure reliability. The two sides of the furnace car and the furnace body adopt self-compacting side sealing. The furnace car and the rear of the furnace body are sealed by the power of the furnace car itself and the spring compression method. The movement of the furnace car and the furnace door are interlocked, that is, when the furnace door is raised to the limit, the furnace car can be discharged into the furnace, etc.

3. Furnace door

The furnace door is mainly composed of a frame formed by welding of rectangular steel pipes and steel plates with fiber lining, a counterweight device, an electric furnace door lifting device and a furnace door sealing device. The total thickness of the furnace door lining fiber is 270mm. The lifting of the furnace door is controlled by a set of electric reducer device, and is equipped with upper and lower double safety limits and interlocking with the furnace car movement to ensure safety. The furnace door is sealed by a double-rail self-weight oblique block compression method.
