The system adopts the heating system of a continuous heating furnace, the bottom of the furnace is generally vaporized and cooled, and the steel is pushed out of the furnace side or the furnace is pushed out of the furnace. The air is preheated by a preheater. The fuel is producer gas, city gas, natural gas, etc. The system is divided into six parts: heating furnace, fuel furnace system, air supply coefficient, smoke exhaust system, temperature control and automation system, and vaporization cooling cycle system. It forms an organic whole, suitable for the production and processing of various specifications, billets and slabs.
