Heat balance and thermal efficiency of gas forging heating furnace

Evaluate how much of the heat generated by combustion is used in the workpiece, and the opposite is the heat loss taken away by the flue gas. It can be simply measured from the flue gas emission temperature. The lower the emission temperature, the higher the combustion efficiency. PA is usually replaced by furnace temperature.

In the actual combustion process, because the air contains nitrogen, the oxygen or fuel gas exceeds the theoretical ratio, and the water vapor contained in the air reduces the combustion efficiency. Combustion efficiency usually evaluates the efficiency of combustion systems such as burners and their control.

The regenerative combustion efficiency can reach 80%-90%, the conventional preheating burner is 60%, and the new technology can reach more than 80%.
